Job Title: D365 F&O POS Support Engineer Work Location: Remote Job Description: Should have experience in supporting D365 F&O Processes covering product, customer, inventory and order orchestration.

Troubleshoot Warehousing and Supply chain POS User issues by working directly with the POS support team, the local IT Team and Microsoft support as necessary to resolve issues. Should have experience to handle customer facing experience in store(POS and other customer facing application) preferably Microsoft Dynamics Should have basic functional knowledge of POS functions and Store Operations (sales,returns,Inventory in and out,payments,returns and cash and carry sale) Should have exposure to debug/monitor integrations (MuleSoft and Azure) Should have experience to work in retail projects for D365 retail & Commerce Should have the ability to read logs and do a first-level triage for applications like POS,Azure, and Mulesoft. Should have the ability to go through SOPs and guide users to correct steps Should have experience in the installation of setups with help of SOP's Should have experience handling Store card reader device/network/wifi connectivity/Installation issues Ensures timely and effective resolution to all POS Support issues by providing technical and procedural support, serving as an escalation point for critical issues.

Experience participating in all stages of lifecycle of MS D365 implementation projects a plus Hands-on experience in Store POS Network/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity setup for Card Readers (Verifone or Ingenico) Hands-on experience troubleshooting/investigating card reader devices/payment integration issues, working with stores and device vendor support Hands-on technical expertise in installing/configuring store peripherals(card readers, printer, scanners), including POS, Access points Experience/Exposure utilizing patch management software, such as Symantec Altiris, SCCM Flexibility of working after hours during planned POS application deployments for stores Calls internal and external software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective devices/integration/system-level issues. Cross-train Helpdesk analyst with updated procedures and troubleshooting guidelines. Collects information about a problem and leads the user through diagnostic procedures to determine the source of error.

Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex issues to the supervisor or technical staff. Strong communication (oral and written), customer service, listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to solve problems independently and multi-task Ability to embrace change and continuous learning.
